Terms of Service

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the FixUp Arena application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the App.

FixUp Arena is a tournament management application for organizing and participating in football tournaments. The App is provided for entertainment and organizational purposes only.

You retain ownership of content you upload (photos, videos, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content within the App for its intended purposes.

You are solely responsible for all content you upload. We are not liable for any user-generated content.

We reserve the right to suspend, ban, or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately.

7. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, OR COURSE OF PERFORMANCE.

We do not warrant that: (a) the App will function uninterrupted, secure, or available at any particular time or location; (b) any errors or defects will be corrected; (c) the App is free of viruses or other harmful components; or (d) the results of using the App will meet your requirements.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL FIXUP ARENA, K² FOUNDRY, ITS DEVELOPERS, AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE FOR:

By participating in any tournament organized through this App, you acknowledge that physical activities carry inherent risks of injury. You voluntarily assume all risks associated with participation and release us from any liability related to such activities.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting the revised Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

How do I register a team?

Registration is handled via Stripe. Click the "Register Team" button on the homepage to pay the entry fee. Once paid, you'll receive an email to submit your roster.

What is the squad size?

The tournament is 7-a-side. You can register up to 10 players per team (7 starters + 3 subs). Rolling substitutions are allowed throughout the game.

What happens if it rains?

We play on high-quality 3G pitches at Castle Green, which are all-weather surfaces. The tournament proceeds rain or shine unless conditions are deemed dangerous by officials.

What is the refund policy?

Entry fees are non-refundable to ensure commitment and fixture stability. However, if FixUp Arena cancels the event, 100% of fees will be refunded immediately.
